Conservation is something we are passionate about. Delene was born and raised, in Mazama, on her family's ranch. Preserving the Methow Valley experience for future generations is important to us. We are both founding board members of the Methow Conservancy. Windermere Methow Valley has worked to successfully conserve over 5000 acres in the Methow Valley and the Okanogan Valley by public acquisition and Conservation Easements. We are not only the most experienced conservation Broker in the Methow Valley we are one of the most experienced in the west. The Trust for Public Lands selected us to broker the remaining Arrowleaf properties. We understand the intricacies of conservation easements and how the values are attributed. We work with many conservation organizations, real estate brokerages, and appraisers in the interest of conservation.
